located on the west bank of the chao praya river, this temple can be reached either by arun amarin road or by boat from
tha thien pier. the 79-meter high pagoda is decorated with ceramic tiles and fragments of multicolored porcelain.
the temple surely is beautiful. though, i heard that it is most beautiful when seen during the sunset, i visited the temple in the afternoon, and it was indeed beautiful. it may not be as grand as the
grand palace, but it is no doubt, a must-visit place when you are ever in bangkok.
